I have never eaten at the Woodshed when I received a bad meal. The ribs are fall off the bone amazing. The pulled pork is second to none.

Prices just increased so I experienced a bit of confusion at check out but the burgoo was delicious and the mutton with hot sauce a treat

Great people and great food

Amazing people and even better food. Love the BBQ sauce and the greens were seasoned perfectly. The fresh tomatoes were the icing on the cake! My only problem is that it took a long time to decide which type of pie I wanted. Prices are amazing especially for the amount of food you get. Will be back!

Brought my BIL who was visiting from out of state.. Ribs were dry.. Coleslaw awful.. Potato salad tasted out of a bucket like Mrs. Grissoms..Burger charred beyond recognition.. Soggy fries.. The The waitresses were aloof and not at all friendly.. Bathroom was horrendous.. I mean Horrendous..I had heard this place was good or I would never have brought an out of state guest who was expecting.. As I.. Killer bbq.. Will not be back..

I'm not into Dry-rub BBQ, plus the meat was dry (ribs & chicken). The BBQ sauce is an afterthought and watery. The sides were just okay at best. Too bad, the price and service was great. I did like the French fries.

My favorite place to go for pulled pork and burgoo. I live in Evansville, but I get my pulled pork from The Wood Shed whenever I can. No one's pork can compare and I love their sauce. Heading to Hopkinsville on the 4th and I'm hoping they'll be open.

Took over ten minutes for someone to acknowledge us after we arrived. Food arrived quickly once we were finally able to order. Food was okay, but nothing to get excited about.

Great food!! Can eat pretty quick here, and it's like a good ole country cooking. Have to give it a try!!!

Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Went for bbq and instead got there fish special. Was very happy with the choice. I had two sides, slaw and potato salad both were very good. Wife had the corn on the cob which she said was sweet delicious. To top a wonderful meal off, finished with some yummy coconut pie. Very busy. Smaller place so have to be patient but worth it.

Ribye sandwich was good, banana pudding was about a day or two past its expected life and service was a little slow , waitress was to busy with her phone. Last time we were here it was great. Will be back again everyone has a off day.

Friendly staff and wonderfully affordable comfort foods! Eat full meal with drink and dessert for under $12!! Most entrees under $8. Kids eat free with adult entree on Mondays!!

The mutton could have a little more smoke on it and seasonings cooked in it.

Its not the same anymore food has gotten nasty... If I wanted to eat stove top stuffing I would go to the store and buy it instead of paying 6$ and some change for a plate that was wasted

Great food, great service, friendly employees with a family setting. Great to bring your kids or dine alone. The food is country and good. No complaints here.

The food there is delicious and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I was there on the day of the Great American Solar Eclipse and they were extremely busy but they still took the time to describe menu items and still checked back on us. The prices are good and the lunch specials are awesome.

Good bbq and plate lunches. Have a good variety of choices on the menu. Down home friendly. Can run around 10 bucks per person..

Out in these parts, it's slim pickings when it comes to decent food. I was very happy with the barbecue that we got at the Woodshed. I'm from BBQ capital so I'm pretty picky and it was pretty good. Being there has a very small town / Hometown feel, and everyone seemed to know everybody. The mutton was excellent and the prices were extremely Fair. I didn't get to sample of a pie but what they had on display looked mouth watering.

The Woodshed was disappointing on several levels. Let me start though with the positive. The young lady who took my order was nice. The bbq sandwich was good. To my liking, it was just like eating whole hog. There was some fat in it. The guy at the window was horrible. His most horrible characteristic, he didn't have sense to say thank you or come again. Ridiculous! The half chicken I purchased was not done. I had to cook it more. Just glad I didn't get sick from it. I've patronized this place since 1983. This was a sad occasion, sad service.

Good chow, as expected. They're getting pricy though. A pound of pork and a quart of burgoo was $20.

Our experience, my three-month-old baby and I about an hour ago had nothing to do with the food which is amazing by the way I've had everything in there and there's nothing that they make that I do not like because I'm a fat girl 💁😂 My van broke down right in front of their drive-thru the manager o sent two of his employees in the middle of the busiest part of the day lunchtime, I might add. To help me and one of their customers left and went and got distilled water for me to put in my radiator I'm not exactly sure how hot it is out there today but I can assure you it was twice that HOT 🔥 in my van where my daughter was at. We had just left the doctor's office. We are home safe thanks to everyone that helped out and my unknown helper. May God be with you because I know he was with us today actually he sent y'all to me. God bless

1/20 3 stars ONLY for their pulled pork sandwhich... not the best BBQ place around but indeed a place. The prices are $$ which is bad, but not as bad as the white beans... ... those bad boys could've been rocks in hot garlic sauce. Customer service was'open' but terrible especially considering their prices. Will return to try other entrees before re- start- ing.

The mutton was good and the sides were fresh other than the side salad. Had one of the most amusing encounters with the wait staff when she noted "I'm not very good at this job". The pecan pie was tasty but other members of my group said the pulled pork was run of the mill.

Bbq is excellent. Best I have had in a long time!!

The Woodshed has some of the best home cooking and southern comfort foods in Hopkinsville. The barbecue is also to die for, and the deserts are top notch!! Highly recommend.

All I can say is BUUUUURRRRRGGGGOOOOOOOO!!!! Order lots and order it often👍👍👍👍👍

Food was good and staff was friendly. Traveling and wanted to eat at a local restaurant. Was not told about the barbeque offerings which we would have ordered

This place is so homey and cute! The staff was wonderful and the food was so yummy! I would absolutely love to come again and have another breaded chicken sandwich. Oh and you can't forget their homemade pies!
